The dominant shades in this roofscape harmonize beautifully with contemporary design trends by blending classic elegance with modern sensibilities. Terracotta, with its warm, earthy tones, evokes a timeless charm and sense of Mediterranean sophistication, while gray adds a sleek, neutral element that aligns with today’s minimalist and industrial aesthetics. This combination complements a wide range of architectural styles, from traditional to modern. The contrast between the rich terracotta and soft gray creates a visually appealing dynamic that enhances curb appeal and reflects a balanced approach to contemporary design.

When crafting your exterior, draw from Knoxville Blend’s ash hues and incorporate gray pavers in your driveway, or pull from its warm tints and add tan or orange wood accents to your abode. Bright pumpkins may come and go as the seasons change, but your permanent fixtures and décor can still embrace these elegant Autumn-inspired shades all year. You can paint these colors on your front door, garage door, shutters, plant pots, decking, siding and more.

Color Exploration

Many color palettes can be paired with such a versatile roof like Knoxville Blend. Check out two schemes we created for you below to get inspired!

Begin by glossing the base of your structure in a sophisticated yellow-gold like Sherwin-Williams Antiquity 6402 for a soothing foundation to build off of. Next, darken your trim with a deeper tone such as SW Olde World Gold 7700 for stunning contrast. Lastly, emphasize the warm hues in the roof by coating your front door, garage door, verandas, trellises or fences in a burnt orange like SW Copper Pot 7709.

Decorate with inviting neutrals and a pop of color to make your home stand out. A gentle orange like SW Bakelite Gold 6368 will pair perfectly with the roofscape as your structure’s main base color. Emphasize your trim with a bright tint such as SW Ibis White 7000. After that, darken doors, shutters, fascia boards and gutters with a slightly deeper, warm brown like SW El Caramelo 9106. This additional contrast will tie the look together nicely, but if you want to take it a step further, add a bright red to the mix. A ruby such as SW Stop 6869 demands attention, making it a great color for decorative florals, outdoor couch cushions, umbrellas and welcome mats.

Elevate the curb appeal of your residential or commercial property with Knoxville Blend*.
Versatile, elegant and eye-catching, this roofscape will bring your structure’s beauty to the next level.
